Hosting with ALL-INKL.COM

atelier.berlin is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

When you visit the website, technical data may be processed, including your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL, browser, operating system and server logs. These data are used to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable and functional website.

ALL-INKL processes personal data arising from hosting as a service provider acting as a processor. Further details are available in ALL-INKL.COM’s privacy information.

Cookies, fonts and embedded content

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is not stored in your browser; each language has its own page address. No sign-in is required. Fonts, logos and images are hosted locally with the website. We do not embed social media feeds, maps, videos or requests to Google Fonts.

Enquiries and appointments

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process your contact details, message and any appointment preferences to respond and prepare or fulfil a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email links open your own email application. This website does not include a contact form or an external booking system. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

Consultations and commissions

A consultation or commission may require your name, contact details, measurements, fit preferences, garment details, designs, fitting dates and order or invoice information. We process these data to provide the agreed service under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Photographs used to document a commission are processed only where an appropriate legal basis exists. Publishing identifiable client photographs for promotional purposes requires separate consent. Health information is not needed for a general enquiry.

Images and AI editing

The hero image labelled “AI modified” has been edited using AI. Viewing it does not transmit visitor data to an AI image-editing service. This website does not offer image uploads or AI analysis of visitor data.

External links

Links to FRILISA, ÄTELIER, Instagram and Google Maps take you to separate websites. You access those services only when you follow the links, at which point the relevant provider’s privacy information applies. These services are not embedded as active content on this website.

Recipients of personal data

Where necessary, personal data may be processed by hosting, IT, communications or accounting service providers, or disclosed to legally authorised bodies. Any disclosure requires a legal basis. We use ALL-INKL.COM in Germany to host this website. Our website does not automatically load external services. If you follow an external link, the relevant provider may process data outside the EU or EEA; please refer to that provider’s privacy information.

Retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, then delete them unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds require continued storage, such as establishing or defending legal claims. For enquiries, this generally depends on when the matter is resolved; commissions may also be subject to contractual and statutory retention requirements. Technical server logs are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the retention periods applicable to the hosting service. This website uses HTTPS encryption. Email communication can nevertheless involve security risks.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Your right to object: You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. In Berlin, contact the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. To exercise your rights, email my@atelier.berlin.

Providing information and updates

We may be unable to respond to an enquiry or carry out a commission without the information needed to do so. FRILISA does not use this website for automated decision-making or profiling. We update this notice when our processing or services change. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
